I recently finally got a chance to make Butterbeer cupcakes (or butterscotch cupcakes to all you muggles our there). They were scrumptious, I could have drank the butterscotch genache straight from the bowl and having all the left over cream soda to enjoy was a nice bonus! Oh and did you know that if you mix cream soda and butter schnapps you have an "adult" butterbeer? It's amazing! (p.s. be a dear and drink responsibly)
